This dish is one of my daughter favorite food. I like to ask her what does she like to eat for supper, most of the time I always granted her wishes, either chicken kebab, chicken with tomato sauce, steak, fish, ribs, roast beef, pasta, lasagna etc, etc. Yesterday I asked her the same question and she told me she would like to eat shrimp. Well, she got it, (I always have frozen shrimp in the freezer) I cooked shrimp for the family. This dish is very simple, delicious, easy to cook and fast, but I recommended to eat this dish with rice, so do not forget to cook some rice too.
You need :
2 (two) packages of frozen shrimp - put them in the big bowl, filled with cold water, thaw them and drain the water.
oil (lots, put in the frying pot)
2 (two) lemon - get the juice
1 (one) tsp fish sauce
salt and pepper
1/2 cup water
2 (two) tbsp butter/margarine
1 (one) clove garlic - crush
Preparation :
Heat oil in the frying pot and fry the shrimp (do not over cook - if over cook the shrimp will turn hard). Once cook take the shrimp out, put it in the bowl and put aside.
Get the wok, heat it and put margarine - melt it and put garlic, cook it.
Put shrimps mix it well. Put salt, pepper, fish sauce, lemon juice, water ... mix it well and taste it. Cook until the sauce boiling turn off the fire and pour into big bowl and serve it with rice, eat it while it hot. Enjoy it, do not forget to eat your green too.
